Bon Manger and Melia's Corporate Catering

We are both pleased and delighted at Bon Manger to announce the merger of our company with Melia's Corporate Catering. The merger with this long established family owned catering company brings us the opportunity to offer our existing and future clients an unrivaled service throughout the Manchester area.

Founded over 30 years ago by Mervin Herson and now ran by his son Richard, Melia's works to the same principles and standards that we have always maintained since our formation over 8 years ago.

There will be some subtle changes initially as we change over to new and improved trays to enhance our presentation and we will be using our newly acquired re-fridgerated van to ensure your buffets arrive as fresh as possible. Over the next few months we will be improving our service and we will be bringing in new menus and options as we combine our two menus.

More staff will also help us to cope with last minute buffets and be able to operate through out the whole day as well as weekends to give a complete catering service.
